k1login Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Betting Platform

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the specific meanings defined here. Understanding these definitions will help you read and apply the rest of this document correctly.

• "k1login" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at k1login.bet, operated by the platform's registered entity.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile interface, and any associated services operated under the k1login brand.
• "Account" means the personal betting and gaming account you create when registering on k1login.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account or is using the k1login platform.
• "Wallet" means the PKR balance held within your k1login account, comprising your deposited funds minus any pending bets, plus any credited winnings or bonuses.
• "Bet" means any wager placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other market available on k1login.
• "Bonus Funds" means any amount credited to your k1login account as part of a promotional offer, as distinct from deposited real-money funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds must be staked before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all transactions on k1login.

To use the betting and gaming services offered by k1login, you must first register an account. Registration is free and open to eligible players in Pakistan. By completing the registration process on k1login, you confirm that all information you have provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on k1login. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a direct breach of these Terms and Conditions. k1login actively monitors for duplicate account activity and will suspend all associated accounts immediately upon detection, forfeiting all balances across those accounts.

When registering on k1login, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (CNIC)
• A valid Pakistani mobile phone number capable of receiving OTP verification codes
• A working email address that you control and can access
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 or older
• A secure password of your own choosing

k1login may, at any point after registration, request additional verification documents including your CNIC, proof of address, or payment method ownership documents. Failure to provide these within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure. This verification process protects both you and the integrity of the k1login platform.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your k1login account credentials. Your password must be kept private and must not be shared with any other person under any circumstances. k1login staff will never ask you for your password in any communication, whether by email, live chat, or phone call. If anyone claiming to represent k1login requests your password, do not provide it and report the contact to our support team immediately.

k1login provides biometric login support on mobile devices. You are encouraged to enable this feature as it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your account. All login attempts on k1login are logged and unusual activity — such as logins from new devices or unfamiliar locations — will trigger an automatic security alert to your registered mobile number.

Any bets placed or transactions completed using your account credentials are assumed to have been made by you, and k1login will not reverse or void them on the basis that your credentials were accessed by a third party unless evidence of unauthorised access is established following investigation. It is therefore in your direct interest to keep your login details secure at all times.

All financial transactions on k1login are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees, and your wallet balance will always reflect your exact PKR position. k1login accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard transactions, although k1login reserves the right to request supporting documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as part of our anti-money-laundering obligations. Deposits are typically credited to your k1login wallet within seconds for mobile wallet methods, and within 5–15 minutes for bank transfers.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 500
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals: typically processed within 5–15 minutes
• Bank IBFT withdrawals: typically processed the same business day
• Visa/Mastercard withdrawals: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank

k1login reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing withdrawals above standard limits. This may require you to provide documentation including your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership. These checks are a legal obligation and are carried out to protect all players on the platform. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until the matter is resolved.

Deposit funds that have not been used in any betting or gaming activity for a period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity review. k1login will notify you by email before any action is taken on an inactive account balance.

All bets placed on k1login are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, and event. These rules are available within the platform alongside the relevant markets. In all cases, k1login's trading team decisions on bet settlement are final once an official review has been completed.

Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed on k1login, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player — except where the Cash Out feature is available on that specific market. Cash Out value is calculated in real time and reflects current market conditions; the value offered may be higher or lower than your original stake.

The following circumstances may also result in a bet being voided on k1login:

• The event is postponed and not rescheduled within 24 hours of the original kick-off/start time
• The event is abandoned before the minimum completion threshold defined in k1login's sport-specific rules
• The bet was placed after the event had already started (except for designated in-play markets)
• A force majeure event renders the outcome of the event invalid or indeterminate

Maximum winnings on a single bet or accumulator are subject to limits published within the platform. These limits apply per player per day and per event. k1login reserves the right to restrict stakes or market access for individual accounts where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are identified, without prior notice.

k1login offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and event-specific odds boosts. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer on the Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between a general term in this document and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that offer.

k1login bonuses are intended for genuine recreational use by individual players. The following activities may result in bonus funds being removed and associated winnings voided:

• Using more than one account to claim the same promotion
• Placing bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent (bonus abuse)
• Using automated or coordinated betting strategies specifically to exploit promotional terms
• Providing false information to qualify for a bonus that you would not otherwise be eligible for

k1login reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions run for a limited period and k1login is not obliged to replicate any offer that was previously available. Players who believe they have been incorrectly excluded from a promotion should contact support at support@k1login.bet with details of their account and the relevant offer.

k1login maintains a fair and secure environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and money laundering: Using k1login to process the proceeds of any criminal activity, or placing bets with no genuine sporting intent for the purpose of moving funds through the platform.
• Collusion: Working with another player, insider, or third party to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market on k1login.
• Match fixing: Placing bets on events where you have, or believe you have, inside knowledge of a pre-determined outcome. k1login is fully committed to the integrity of sport and cooperates with regulatory and sporting bodies.
• Software exploitation: Using any automated betting software, bot, script, or exploit that gives an unfair advantage over k1login's systems or other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile wallet provider for a deposit made to k1login, without first attempting to resolve the matter through k1login's support team. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Sharing accounts: Allowing any other person to access, use, or place bets through your k1login account.

k1login uses a range of detection methods including transaction monitoring, device fingerprinting, and behavioural analytics to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity waive all rights to funds held in their account at the time of suspension.

All content on the k1login platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, written content, odds data, software, and graphics — is the property of k1login or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal betting and gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the k1login platform without our express written permission. Any scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of odds data or other content from k1login is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a breach of these Terms and a violation of applicable intellectual property law.

k1login provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted, secure service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. k1login accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical issues
• Delays in bet settlement caused by delays in receiving official event results from data providers
• Losses resulting from a player's decision to place a bet — all betting involves risk and outcomes are not guaranteed
• Damage to your device arising from the use of the k1login platform, where that damage is not caused by our negligence
• Interruptions in internet service that prevent you from placing or cashing out a bet

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by k1login's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

k1login is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligation to protect players who may be at risk of developing gambling-related problems. Every k1login account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, available from the account settings menu at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced, and any request to increase a limit has a 24-hour cooling-off period before it comes into force.
• Session time reminders: Configure alerts at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals to notify you of how long you have been active on k1login during a session.
• Reality check: View your honest profit and loss record over any selected time period, with no flattering presentation — just the actual numbers.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from k1login for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, your account is immediately locked and no access is permitted. k1login will not knowingly allow you to re-register during an active exclusion.

k1login reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or match-fixing activity
• Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within the stated timeframe
• A player's own request for self-exclusion
• Inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• k1login's decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction or player segment

Where an account is suspended due to suspected breach, k1login will conduct an internal review before making a final determination on whether to permanently close the account or restore access. Funds held in accounts closed due to a proven breach of these terms are forfeited. Funds in accounts closed for other reasons — including your own voluntary closure request — will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

k1login collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on k1login, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that document. The key points are:

• We collect only the data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with legal obligations
• We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes

k1login reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made — meaning changes that affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will notify registered players by email to the address on their account and will post a notice on the k1login platform, at least 7 days before the amended terms come into force.

Your continued use of k1login after any amended terms have come into force constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team. Any bets placed and any transactions completed before the amended terms come into force will be governed by the version of the Terms that was in effect at the time of those bets or transactions.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of the k1login platform, are governed by the laws applicable to k1login's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes between you and k1login that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process will be referred to the relevant dispute resolution process as defined by k1login's operating licence conditions.

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact k1login's support team at support@k1login.bet and allow a reasonable period — no less than 14 days — for the matter to be reviewed and resolved internally. k1login will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
